All merchandise sales are final and non-refundable. Special occasion account credit may be given on defective merchandise, after approved. Exchanges are welcome.

Exchanges:

• Terms of return: 14 days after receipt date
• State of return: un-opened items, in original packaging
• Reason for return: purchased the wrong color by mistake or excess ordered
• Process for return: please contact us via email listed below
• Process of refund: should a refund be issued, account credit is issued
